TRIAL INFORMATION
Trials for the 2025/26 season for both the First Team and the Development Team will be held on the following dates:
May - 28th.
June - 4th, 9th, 11th, 18th, 23rd and 28th.
All trials will be held at The techsoc.com Stadium, IG6 1NB.

U18s must have a parent or guardian present when completing this information - there is a separate section where this needs to be evidenced.
EMERGENCY CONTACT
Please provide the contact details for two Emergency Contacts, these should be Next Of Kin such as Parents/Guardians but can also include other family members, spouses or partners over the age of 18.
MEDICAL HISTORY
This information is used by our Physios and Welfare staff, to help ensure that we provide you with the best possible medical and accessibility support.
Prefer to talk about this in-person? By selecting 'Prefer not to say' a member of the team such as the Welfare Officer or Physio will arrange an in-person meeting or call to discuss this.
INFORMATION COLLECTION
Primarily, we will use this information for safeguarding your welfare and we may also use the information provided to begin the player registration process following a successful trial.
