Megan Bron is an entrepreneur with a career spanning the entertainment, lifestyle, and sport industries. With a background in marketing and branding, she has experience launching and managing various products and services across both emerging and established markets.
Originally from San Diego, California, Megan’s upbringing in a sports-rich environment instilled in her a long-term interest in athletics. After moving to London, she became deeply involved in the local football community through her daughter’s participation. Following her time as a Club Secretary, Megan spearheaded a 2023 community program that offered free football training to girls, sponsored by Spotify.
The success of this initiative led Megan to establish Atletico London, a girls-only football club. Alongside her partner, Megan continues to advocate for the growth of community and professional women’s sports, focusing on inclusivity and empowerment.
Billy Robinson Operations Director

Billy Robinson is Operations Director of Atlético London, with experience spanning grassroots, semi-professional and professional football across both club and league environments. He has developed a strong reputation in football operations, governance and competition management, working closely with The FA, leagues and clubs to help shape compliant, well-structured and professionally run organisations, supported by a detailed understanding of FA processes and national competition frameworks.
Alongside his operational background, Billy brings senior leadership experience across club operations and facilities management, helping organisations professionalise their structures, raise performance standards and build lasting relationships with partners, leagues and governing bodies throughout the game.
Chris Stephenson Commercial Director

Chris is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the sports and fashion industries. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Canterbury, a renowned rugby-focused sports brand, where he played a pivotal role in securing significant partnerships, including a notable deal with England and the British & Irish Lions. Following his tenure at Canterbury, Stephenson was appointed as the CEO of Jigsaw, a premium fashion brand, leveraging his leadership skills to drive growth and innovation. His career also includes a role as the Global President of the Active Division at Pentland Brands, further showcasing his expertise in managing prominent brands within the activewear sector coupled with a passion for getting more people active. He also served as Managing Director at JD Sports PLC, underpinning his commercial acumen in one of the toughest industries, retail. Outside of work, Chris has completed over 70 marathons raising over £11m for MND with his close friend Kevin Sinfield.
Kelly Simmons, OBE Strategy Director

Kelly Simmons OBE is a recognised leader in English and international football, known for her transformative work at The Football Association, where she most recently served as Director of the Women’s Professional Game. In that role she led the evolution of the women’s professional game in England, including the full professionalisation of the Women’s Super League and securing record sponsorship and broadcast agreements. Prior to this she was Director of Development at The FA, where she oversaw the delivery of a £200 million, four year investment programme into children’s and grassroots football, helping to build lasting pathways across the game.
Kelly brings deep expertise in strategic leadership, football development and women’s sport to her current work as a consultant with global organisations including FIFA and Premiership Women’s Rugby.
Kelly is also a Non-Executive Director of Women in Football, promoting gender equality in football, and has recently become a Non-Executive Director of Atlético London. Her significant contribution achievements in football have been rewarded with an MBE and an OBE, as well as a number of awards in the industry for her leadership and impact.
Danielle Carter Sporting Director

Danielle Carter is a highly respected figure in English football, best known for her distinguished playing career with Arsenal, Reading, Brighton & Hove Albion and London City Lionesses, and as an England international who scored six goals in four senior appearances and scored a hat-trick on her England debut. During her time with Arsenal, she won multiple domestic honours including the WSL, FA Cups and League Cups. Following her retirement from playing in early 2026, she brings expertise in performance, player development and the women’s game to her new role as Non-Executive Director and Sporting Director of Atlético London.
