Charlotte Fleming Appointed As Assistant Head Coach

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Charlotte Fleming as Assistant Head Coach, joining Sinead Hogan's coaching staff on a full-time basis ahead of the new season.

Charlotte arrives at Atlético London off the back of a highly decorated playing career. She captained England at U19 level and went on to play instrumental roles at some of the biggest clubs in the women's game, including Chelsea, London City Lionesses, Leicester City, Watford and Ipswich Town, gaining experience at the highest level of English football along the way.

This appointment marks Charlotte's first senior coaching role, stepping into the game from the pitch to the touchline as she begins the next chapter of her career. Working alongside Head Coach Sinead Hogan, she will play a key part in shaping the First Team as Atlético London continues to build for the season ahead.

Speaking on the appointment, Charlotte Fleming said “I’m super excited to be onboard and apart of the coaching team. It’s a great opportunity to help me start my coaching journey and the past couple of weeks have been really good. I’m excited to see what me and Sinead can do this season, we have built up a great team and with lots of potential and success.”
